Category:
TY series hardener is a kind of polyisocyanate resin which polymerized from toluene disocynate (TDI) and trimethylolpropane (TMP) by adding antioxidizer and stabilizer agent.
Applied characteristics:
TY hardeners are of light color, high rigidity, good abrasive resistance and dilutability with solvents, and low free TDI and yellowing resistant property.

Solvent dilution:
TY75A-25A is able to dissolve in esters, ketones and ester ether solvents, with a limiting dilution in aromatic hydrocarbon solvent, please avoid dilute with aliphatic hydrocarbon. Before using it, please test the stability of TY75A-25A in the solvent and the effect of solvent on paint film. Water content in diluting solvent shall be controlled within 0.05%.
Resin intermiscibility:
TY series hardener can dissolve in TYT3-50, HDI biruet, it is not suggested to be used with other hardeners.
